Rafael Rivera, President 
Rafael is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Prior to launching Razor Development in 2005, Rafael worked for various large construction and real estate development firms in New York, and has been a project manager and superintendent. He is passionate about the creation of new spaces, the restoration of livable and commercial spaces, and the incorporation of green materials. During his spare time, Rafael enjoys fishing and traveling around the world.
